Make Lists of Cool Stuff

In my day job, I do digital marketing. Here’s a free marketing tip, geared in particular towards writers/solopreneurs.

Not stuff that you think the big vague People in the Sky might think of as cool.

Stuff you think of as cool.

Figure out a few categories of cool stuff. Three or four, maybe. Like “food is cool” or “music is cool” or “weather is cool.”

Then think of stuff that goes in those categories. “Clouds are cool”, “guitars are cool”, “spices are cool”.

Add to those lists whenever you think of it.

There. Now you know what you should put in your blogs, newsletter, and social media channels.
